- Step 1 - Assessment: We do not price on turnover as this is not a true indicator of your requirements. Our quotations are based on transaction volume and the complexity of your business requirements. In this call please ensure that you have to hand the number of transactions that go through each of your bank & credit card accounts. Our initial 30 minute discussion where we look into your business needs is free with no obligation.
- Step 2 - Data Health Check: Following our initial conversation we will provide you with a quote. Once this has been accepted and a biometric identity check is completed for the directors of the business, we will carry out a data health check on your accounts. This enables us to identify if there is any historic issues that will require correction to bring your accounts up to date which you can chose to resolve yourself, request the previous of your provider or engage us to complete the works. This one off health check is charged at £75 ex VAT
- Step 3 - Packages: Once our monthly package is conformed we will review after 3 months of working together to see how things are going. By that stage we will have a really good idea of how your business works & if the package we have agreed is the right fit for you. Once we agree on your package going forward you won’t hear from us on the matter again until your annual review date, unless there is a significant change in the volume or nature of work we are undertaking for you. In that case we will bring this conversation forward to ensure your package is working for you.
